Vault Fitness – Newport Beach Boot Camp
Vault Fitness™ Newport Beach, CA is an indoor elite boot camp-style exercise class that focuses on general health and fitness. The boot camp regimen redefines “core” strength training by bringing back the basics of functional movement, utilizing an outdoor environment that’s been brought indoors.
The Goal: Build Endurance, Decrease Body Fat, Build Muscle, and Improve Posture.
We do this in 3 ways
1. Functional Training - Move naturally
Functional Training has become widely accepted as the best method of training for fitness and decreasing the risk of chronic pain or Injury. Here at Vault Fitness we structure our workouts to include real life movements and Core strengthening exercises so you can take a more confident and durable you out the door everyday. Using the Vault System, we are able to challenge people of all athletic abilities with postural strengthening movements. And we have a blast.
2. HIT – High Intensity Training
You have to work hard. Simple! We have all seen them. The chronic gym rat. They are in the gym everyday lingering and they never get results. One of the reasons for this is that they don’t train correctly or hard enough. Most people’s minds tell them to stop exercising way too soon. At Vault Fitness, we will safely teach you to push your limits. We teach you to focus on increasing your limits instead of results. Train with us, work hard and results will come.
3. Food – It’s what you EAT that matters
We love the goal “to look better naked” No clothes to hide “Problem Areas”. Most people measure their results by measuring their waist or stepping on the scale. These numbers don’t tell the whole story. At Vault Fitness you will learn the nutritional principals to get you the results you need. It’s not a specific “Diet Program”, it is a new way of approaching food. And its easier than you think!
